Job Details:
Outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology coverage
Monday Friday, 8am 5pm clinical schedule
Call: 2 3 weekday calls/week + 1 weekend call every 10 weeks
Responsibilities include:
o Patient examinations & treatment plan administration
o Symptom management and supportive care
o New patient consults (heme/onc)
o Communication and coordination with care team
o Hospital rounds
o Accurate EMR documentation (Epic)
Facility features:
o On-site infusion center and specialty pharmacy
o Genetic testing and counseling, psycho-social support, survivorship care
o Multidisciplinary oncology team support

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
Fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology (2 required)
Active OK license or IMLC eligible
BLS, ACLS, ATLS required
Estimated credentialing: 60 90 days
Beeper call response time: within 15 minutes
Provider must obtain hospital privileges (no temp privileges available)
