Job Details:
Level 1 trauma center with 36 daily sites of service
Prefer 10-hour shifts; will consider 8-hour shifts for full-week coverage
No call required
CRNA supervision ratio: 1:3 or 1:4 (SRNAs also on site)
Daily coverage includes 13 anesthesiologists and anesthesia tech support
EMR: Epic

Case Types:
General anesthesia (adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma)
Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
OB, neuro (head/spine), thoracic, complex ortho/vascular (excluding open heart)
Cardiac anesthesia preferred but not required
Post-op blocks, pain management, and use of x-ray guidance
Central, arterial, and PA catheter line placements
Ventilation and acute volume/BP management

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active PA license or IMLC eligible
BLS, ACLS, ABLS, ATLS, and PALS required
Must supervise CRNAs and participate in resident education
Estimated credentialing: 90 120 days
