- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS needed
- 1 case per day, all adults
- First assist with EVH and rounding, CABG, TAVR, AVR & robotics preferred but not required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
