Family NP/PA outpatient opportunity in Salem, OR - In person and Telehealth!

A great group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a primary care opportunity in Salem, OR area! This opportunity will be mostly telehealth with one day per week in person!

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Full-time schedule; 5/8s or 4/10's schedule; at least one day per week in-person in Salem
• Part-time options are also available
• Will be seeing all ages
• Prefer providers with some experience since they are working Telehealth
• $180k yearly salary as a 1099 private contractor, working 10 1/2 months a year
• 6-8 weeks paid time off and possible loan forgiveness options
