• Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm
• 20 - 30 patients per day -- typically 25 with variable sick visit volume
• Outpatient facility -- scheduled and walk-in visits
• MD License Required
• Solo provider with MA support -- MAs provide Spanish translation
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Wellness and sick visits for newborn - 18 years
• Vacation coverage
