A well-established health system in the scenic Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Vascular Surgeon to join a growing Heart and Vascular Institute. The role offers a strong focus on elective procedures, with no trauma call, and the support of a dedicated podiatry service.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team including another vascular surgeon and an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP). This position will support inpatient care at two regional hospitals and will play a key role in expanding vascular services across both locations. This health system benefits from a wide regional network of primary care providers, ensuring a steady referral stream and strong support for the vascular surgery service line. The physician-led model is designed to meet the needs of a referral base of more than 300,000 patients.

We are looking for a skilled surgeon with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in both open and endovascular procedures. Both hospitals are equipped with modern interventional suites that include anesthesia services, as well as comprehensive wound care centers.
