• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Average 20 patients per day -- 10 patients per 4-hour session
• Community Health Center setting
• CA License Required
• Support staff includes 1 NP, 1 RN, and 1 MA on site
• EMR: Epic
• Experience with chronic pain and addiction medicine required
• 3-6 month assignment with potential extension
