Licensed Professional Counselor in Venice, FL

We are needing an LPC or LMHC to help our growing group practice in Venice, Florida, we also have locations in Sarasota and Port Charlotte. 

Role Overview:

• Schedule: 3 days a week Monday to Friday
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Estimated time per patient 45 min initial consults, 25 minutes follow up 
• Patient load: 10 patients per day
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Licensed professional counselor (LPC) with full license in the state of Florida
• Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with full license in state of Florida 
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept licensed clinical social workers for this particular region

Compensation:
Expected compensation is estimated fee for service range of $45,000 to $54,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential. This salary range is based on 3 days a week, with an estimated 8 hour work day.
