Job Details:
Full-time Hospitalist position at a premier Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility
Provide extended, high-quality care for patients with complex and chronic medical needs
Leadership opportunity with the ability to shape continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on improving patient outcomes in a specialized care environment

Requirements:
MD/DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
Experience in LTAC or chronic care settings preferred but not required
