Schedule: Weekdays only, 10-hour shifts (no call)
Setting: Inpatient only
EMR: Cerner
Trauma Level 1 Facility
Full-day orientation followed by shadowing day
Collaborative care team model with a variety of case types
Preference for full-time, multi-month availability
Nearest airport: Billings Logan International Airport

Required Clinical Skills:
General Anesthesia (Adult, Trauma required; Pediatric preferred)
Spinal, Epidural, and Regional Anesthesia
Neurosurgical (Head & Spine), OB (preferred), and Orthopedic cases
Post-op epidurals and extremity blocks
Epidural steroids (Lumbar and Cervical), Transforaminal injections
Use of x-ray guidance in block placement
Ventilation and acute volume/BP management
Central/Arterial Line & PA Catheter placement
CRNA supervision

Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes (Certified)
Licensure: No specific state license requirement to bid
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
Credentialing timeframe: ~60 days
Must be comfortable with independent, advanced practice-level procedures in a high-acuity setting
