**Locums CRNA Opening in Billings, MT**
* Start Date: ASAP
* Rate: Negotiable (Tell Us Your Rate!)
* Duration: Ongoing (through 2025)
* Shift: 10-hour day shifts, weekdays only (four shifts per week)
* Call Requirement: None
* Patient Volume: varies (upwards of 15-20/day)
* Anesthesiologist to CRNA Ratio - 1:3
* EMR: Cerner
* Trauma Level: Level 1
A top-tier regional healthcare facility is seeking a locum tenens CRNA to support long-term coverage needs due to a permanent vacancy. The opportunity offers weekday day shifts in an inpatient setting, with a collaborative care team model and exposure to a diverse caseload. Full-time providers available for multi-month assignments are strongly preferred. If you're an experienced CRNA with a full suite of anesthesia and interventional pain skills and looking for a long-term locum opportunity in a high-acuity setting, this role may be a great fit.
**Position Details:**
* Setting: Inpatient
* Shifts: 10-hour day shifts, no nights/weekends/call
* Orientation: Full day of orientation, followed by a shadowing day
* Support: Collaborative team model, no supervision of APPs or residents
* Credentialing Timeframe: ~60 days
**Required Certifications:**
* BLS
* ACLS
* Board Certification
**Required Clinical Skills:**
* Anesthesia Types:
* General (adult: required, pediatric: preferred, trauma: required)
* Spinal, Epidural, Regional all required
* Post-op pain management: epidurals, extremity blocks required
* Obstetric, Thoracic, Vascular, Ortho, Neurosurgical (head/spine) preferred/required as noted
* Open Heart Anesthesia preferred
* Procedural Skills:
* Central and arterial line placement required
* PA catheter placement required
* Use of x-ray guidance for blocks required
* Transforaminal and epidural steroid injections (lumbar/cervical) required
* Ventilation and acute volume/BP management required
