• Night shifts 5 pm - 7 am, occasional day shifts 7 am - 5 pm
• 10 - 12 patients per day maximum per provider, 92 babies total census
• Level 3/4 NICU at university teaching hospital
• MS License Required
• 2 - 3 additional NPs and regular support staff
• EMR: EPIC
• Intubations, central lines, arterial lines required -- proof of recent procedures
• High-risk deliveries with independent delivery room care required
