• Monday 7am - 7pm with 1 - 3pm break, Tuesday - Thursday 8am - 2pm
• Maximum of 20 patients per day
• Single provider employer-paid clinic -- no insurance billing
• 30-minute acute visits, 1-hour physical appointments
