Job Description:

Assist surgeons in the OR and provide post-operative care.
Round on postoperative patients, seeing inpatient consults, and writing daily notes.
Conduct physical exams, manage acute illnesses, and collaborate with physicians.
Place preoperative orders and handle simple clinic consults.
Discuss post-operative plans with patients and their families.
Manage surgical and critical care conditions in a hospital setting.
Collaborate with physicians for comprehensive medical and surgical treatment.
Utilize imaging modalities (e.g., Ultrasound, CT) to assist in patient care.
Answer patient calls and questions during business hours (Monday-Friday).
Open to growth and flexibility within the general surgical practice.
