A leading healthcare provider in Southwestern Missouri is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge - Specialty Pharmacy to oversee specialty pharmacy operations in a hybrid outpatient and ambulatory care setting. This full-time, 'working manager' role includes both leadership and hands-on pharmacist duties and plays a key part in developing clinical programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting safe, effective medication use.

Qualified candidates must have experience in specialty pharmacy and 340B program leadership. A Bachelor's in Pharmacy is required (PharmD preferred). Familiarity with systems like Pioneer, Meditech Expanse, and Pyxis is ideal. Retail experience may be considered if combined with the required specialty and 340B background.
