Why This Role?

• Full-time locum need due to OR expansion and provider shortage


• Flexible shifts at multiple locations including Level 1 trauma center and busy community hospital


• All scheduled hours paid at standard rate

Duration: ASAP - Ongoing

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Schedule: 4+ days/week, full-time availability; 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available

Clinical Details:

• Facilities include Level 1 trauma center, community hospital, and multispecialty ASC


• 16 operating rooms


• Medical direction model


• EMR: Epic


• Required case types: spine, urology, general, orthopedics, robotics, endoscopy, plastics, EP lab/cath lab, navigational bronchoscopy, craniotomies, simple vascular


• No hearts, thoracotomies, trauma, OB, or peds (covered by staff)


• No lines or blocks


• Scrubs provided onsite

Requirements:

• NBCRNA certified


• Active MN license highly preferred


• BLS


• ACLS


• PALS


• 3 years of recent hospital experience


• Full-time availability (30-40 hours weekly)


• Clean history

Skills Needed:

• Proficiency in wide case variety including ortho, robotics, neuro, and endo


• Comfort seeing patients of all ages (excluding OB and peds cases)


• Team-based anesthesia care in high-volume OR setting
