**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP (45–60 days for credentialing)
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
- Schedule: 8a–8p or 8p–8a, minimum 5 shifts/month (preferred 8–10)
- Setting: ED with fast track available
- Annual Volume: ~18,500 visits (15–20 patients/shift/provider)
- Admissions from ED: 17%
- Transfers: <7% per day
- Call: None
- EMR: Allscripts/Paragon

**Requirements**
- Board Certified (ABMS/AOA – IM/FM only)
- Active OH license or IMLC (LOQ proof required within 3 business days)
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
- COVID-19 vaccination
- 2+ years recent ED experience
- Must be available for nights & weekends
- Malpractice included in rate (no exceptions)

**Clinical Details**
- Census: 15–20 patients per shift per provider
- Bed Count: 11
- Trauma Level: None
- Support: APPs onsite, consultants available (radiology, cardiology, pulm, GI, urology, heme/onc)
- Deliveries: Sent directly to L&D
- Physician oversees APPs and writes admission orders

**Compensation**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
