• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with 40-hour work week
• 20 - 25 patients per day with 2.4 patients per hour after 4-week ramp-up
• Walk-in family practice clinic setting
• Supported by physicians, medical assistants, and midlevels
• EMR: Custom in-house system with training provided
• Experience with complex patients and multiple co-morbidities required
• Spanish language proficiency required
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
