• 25 hours weekly within M-W 8:30am - 6:30pm, Th 8:30am - 4:30pm, F 8:30am - 12:30pm
• 30, 45, and 60-minute appointment slots with existing patients only
• Boutique/concierge practice specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
• Front desk staff and on-site MD support available
• EMR: Azalea
• Pellet insertions are primary procedure -- on-site training provided
• Coverage needed for maternity leave and LOA of two providers
• 40 - 120 hours of training depending on women's health experience
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
