• Flexible schedule, approx. 25 hours/week -- M-W 8:30 am - 6:30 pm, Th 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Mixed appointment lengths: 30, 45, and 60 minutes -- existing patients only
• Boutique/concierge practice specializing in bioidentical hormone therapy
• Front desk staff and supervising MD on site
• EMR: Azalea
• Primarily performing pellet insertions -- comprehensive on-site training provided
• Coverage needed for leave of absence
• Potential for permanent position available
