**Requirements**:
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Active NC license required
- NC DEA with NC address
- NC Medicaid and Medicare/PECOS enrollment
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**:
- Low-risk pregnancy
- OB ultrasound performance and interpretation
- Routine delivery: vaginal, low forceps, C-section decision-making
- Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Office/minor gynecology (e.g., IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, LEEP)
- Surgical gynecology: open and laparoscopic procedures
- Laser certified
