- Hospitalist, radiology, and anesthesiology support available 24/7
- Onsite housing provided (hospital apartments)
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes

**Submission Requirements**
Please include the following in your submission:
- Active NC license
- NC DEA with NC address
- NC Medicaid and NC Medicare (PECOS) enrollment
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Fully vaccinated
- Case logs for past 24 months (hospital-generated)
- No open or recent malpractice cases
- No disciplinary actions
- Preference given to local candidates

**Skill Requirements**
- Routine and complicated deliveries
- C-section, breech, multiple births, VBAC, and repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
- OB ultrasound, forceps delivery, decision-making for C-section
- Office and minor GYN procedures: IUD, colposcopy, cryosurgery, cystoscopy, LEEP
- Surgical GYN: open and laparoscopic procedures, ectopic pregnancy, cystectomy
- Laser certification required
