**Duration**: 3 - 4 months
**Coverage Type**: Clinic, Surgery, Call
**Schedule/Coverage Need**: Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm with night and 24-hour call required

**Opportunity Highlights**:
- General urology care in both ambulatory and inpatient settings
- 4 - 5 clinic days per week
- 16 clinic patients per day
- 1 - 5 surgeries per week
- Outpatient procedures: cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy
- Surgeries for BPH, kidney stones, and other general urology conditions
- Call for established patients and ER/unassigned patients (shared 1:4 max)
- Inpatient rounding: 1 - 2 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff includes front desk, surgery scheduler, MA-C (Uro Tech), and RN
- 5 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms
- Robotics: Da Vinci system available
- Admissions required: No (hospitalist team admits)
- Will facility accept multiple providers: Yes

**Requirements**:
- Board certification/eligibility required: Yes
- Active state license required: Yes (WA or IMLC with LOQ)
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- DEA required
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**:
- General adult urology (ages 18+, occasional 16+)
- Office procedures and minor surgical care
- OR case scheduling and robotic surgery capability
- Inpatient consults and rounding
- Call coverage and care coordination for emergent needs
