Clinical Responsibilities
o Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine; completion of ACGME-accredited residency required
o Evaluate, assess, plan, and provide medical care to patients
o Participate in call coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays
o Coordinate coverage for patients during absences
o Collaborate with colleagues on patient care
o Refer patients to appropriate primary or specialty care as needed
o Supervise and mentor APPs and clinical staff as part of a care team
Performance Improvement
o Engage in continuous performance and quality improvement efforts
o Support multidisciplinary quality initiatives
o Help organize educational activities for healthcare professionals
o Participate in committees as applicable
o Assist with supervision and evaluation of staff
o Maintain effective communication within the care network
Records and Documentation
o Ensure accurate capture of patient encounters for billing
o Complete medical records and required reports in a timely manner
Patient Satisfaction
o Support initiatives to improve patient access and care continuity
o Actively work to enhance patient experience and satisfaction scores
Medical Education
o Participate in teaching and mentorship of students, residents, and fellows
Compensation
o Competitive salary range: $259,200 $323,900 annually
