**Assignment Details**

- Schedule: 24-hour in-house call (6 shifts/month), includes Friday and Sunday weekend call

**Clinical Details**
- Volume: 5-10 patients seen per shift
- Admissions: 3-5 per shift
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Trauma Level: 2
- Stroke Certified Facility
- Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients
- Support Staff: 4 RNs, 7 MAs, 4 PA/NPs, 5 office staff
- Supervision of APPs required
- Access to MFM and GYN Oncology services
- Children's hospital with NICU on-site
- Circumcisions required

**Requirements**
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- BLS and PALS required
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- Management of low- and high-risk pregnancies
- FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)
- OB ultrasound interpretation (Level I and II)
- Amniocentesis
- Routine and complicated deliveries, including C-section, VBACs, breech, multiple births, and abruptions
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Surgical gynecology: open and laparoscopic (diagnostic and operative)
- GYN emergency response

- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
