- High-acuity children's hospital with MFM and GYN Onc support
- NICU onsite, maternal care with circumcision responsibility

**Duration**: ASAP - Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: Call Only
**Schedule**: 6 call shifts/month; 24-hour in-house OB call, weekend call includes Friday and Sunday

**Clinical Details:**
- Inpatient call coverage with 5 10 census
- 3-5 admissions per shift
- Maternal Fetal Medicine and GYN Oncology consults available
- NICU onsite (Level 2 Trauma)
- EMR: Cerner
- Circumcisions required

**Requirements:**
- Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
- BLS, PALS
- Active state license preferred; open to all

**Skills Needed:**
- Routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, c-section, breech, multiples, VBACs)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Amniocentesis
- OB ultrasound (Level I and II)
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- Surgical gynecology including major operative procedures (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy)
- Open and laparoscopic GYN surgery

**Support Staff:**
- 4 RNs, 7 MAs, 4 PA/NPs, 5 office staff
