**Coverage Need**

**Position Details**
- Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Monday through Friday outpatient clinic
- Hospital call required
- 15 to 20 patients per shift
- Epic EMR system
- Admissions required
- Trauma level 2
- Beeper call
- Call response time: 30 minutes
- Call mix: 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
- Callback: 5%
- 2 new consults per day, rest follow-ups
- Hematology and solid tumor cases
- No supervision of APPs or residents required
- Multiple providers accepted
- Holiday coverage includes: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

**Submissions Requirements**
- State license required to bid: Yes (WA or IMLC)
- Board certification/eligibility required: Yes
- Clean history: Yes
- IMLC accepted: Yes
- Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS

**Skill Requirements**
- Outpatient oncology care
- Inpatient hospital call
- Hematology and medical oncology
- Ability to handle consults, ER call, and follow-up
