**Internal Medicine NP/PA - Float Position (Central Michigan)**
**Graduate of accredited NP or PA program**
Position Highlights:
Full-time, Monday Friday with flexible 5-day workweek
Float between Alma, Breckenridge, Ithaca, Mt. Pleasant, and Shepherd
50% time in primary office, 50% in satellite locations
Strong onboarding and mentorship support
Collaborative team of physicians and APPs
Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses
Order/interpret tests, manage medications and immunizations
Provide preventive care counseling
Participate in call coverage (with RN triage support)
Requirements:
Graduate of accredited NP or PA program
Active Michigan license (or eligible)
New grads and experienced providers welcome
