**OB/GYN (Call-Only) - Washington, MO**

**Start Date**: ASAP
**Schedule**: Call-only; nights on weekdays, 24-hour call on weekends and holidays
**Duration**: Ongoing (high-need dates: 8/4 8/10)
**Location**: Washington, MO

**Opportunity Highlights**:
- Night call during weekdays; full coverage needed on weekends
- Department includes 8 LDRP and 8 GYN/couplet beds
- Beeper call with 30-minute response time
- 1:1 labor RN ratio, 2:1 postpartum, plus strong office and women's health support staff
- Level III trauma designation
- No hospital privileging required

**Requirements:**
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Active Missouri license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- OB call experience required

**Skills Needed:**
- Low and high-risk pregnancy care
- Fetal heart rate interpretation
- OB ultrasounds (Level I & II), Amniocentesis
- Vaginal deliveries, low forceps, and C-section decision-making
- Complicated deliveries: breech, multiples, VBACs
- Surgical GYN: open and laparoscopic (minor and major)
- Office GYN: IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cystoscopy, cryosurgery
