**Clinical Details**
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Stroke Certified Facility
- Admissions: Not required
- Hospital privileges: Not required
- No APP supervision or teaching responsibilities

**Requirements**
- TX license required
- Board Certified or Eligible CRNA
- ACLS and other specialty certification(s) required
- Must live 90+ miles from facility
- Clean history
- Must be able to work independently
- Skill sheet and provider contact details required with bid (phone, license #, email, address, DOB)

**Skills Needed**
- General anesthesia: adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma
- Spinal, epidural, regional, and OB anesthesia
- Neurosurgical: head and spine cases
- Thoracic and complex orthopedic cases
- Pain management techniques including post-op epidural and extremity blocks
- Epidural steroid injections (lumbar and cervical), transforaminal blocks
- X-ray guided block placement
- Ventilation and hemodynamic management
- Central and arterial line placement, PA catheter placement
