**Requirements**:
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes
- Active state license: Yes (PA or IMLC)
- BLS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**:
- General radiology (plain films)
- Bone density scans (DEXA)
- CT general
- Breast MRI
- Mammography film screen and digital
- Mammography stereotactic biopsies, breast ultrasound biopsies, breast MRI biopsies, fine needle localization
- Must meet MQSA and tomosynthesis training requirements
- 960 mammograms in past 24 months
- 15 mammography-specific CME hours in past 36 months
- 8 hours of digital mammography training
- 8 hours of tomosynthesis training
- Residency training documentation including 60 hours of mammography education and 240 mammograms interpreted

- Provider must be enrolled in PCF
- No overtime rate available for this assignment
- Credentialing documentation must be submitted within 7 days of bid acceptance
