**Coverage Type**: Surgical Services, Supervision, Call
**Schedule/Coverage Need**:
- Monday - Friday: rotating roles include day shift, post-call, on-call, and 2nd call
- Weekends: alternating 1st and 2nd call coverage

**Opportunity Highlights**:
- 12 operating rooms
- Approx. 13 surgical cases per day
- Nearly 100% supervision of experienced CRNAs
- Trauma Level: 2
- EMR: Cerner PowerChart
- Patient population: mostly adult and geriatric
- Admissions required: No
- Will facility accept multiple providers: Yes

**Requirements**:
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes
- Active state license: No (open to all)
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**:
- General surgical anesthesia (adult and pediatric)
- Minor nerve blocks, IV regional, and plexus anesthesia
- Thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, and neurosurgical cases
- Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Ventilation management and local infiltration
- Pain management (acute)
- Insertion of central line, arterial line, PA catheter
- Acute evaluation and management of volume/BP issues
- Cardiac anesthesia experience required
