**Coverage Type**: Surgical Assistance + Call
**Schedule/Coverage Need**:
- 7:00am-5:00pm
- Occasional weekday call coverage
- Weekend call coverage with Saturday/Sunday rounding

**Requirements**:
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes
- Active state license: Yes (PA)
- ACLS
- BLS
- Clean history
- Local candidates only (only mileage reimbursed)
