• Must have 3-5 years experience as NP
• Outpatient setting with patients who have chronic pain
• Full-time, 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday schedule
• 8 hour shifts
• 2 days a week in Hardinsburg, KY and 2 days a week in Leitchfield, KY
