**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic
- Schedule: Onsite every other week, 5 days per week (3 days at Hazard ARH, 2 days at Highlands ARH); remote diagnostic reads every week
- Patients per Shift: 10-12 procedures plus ~20 reads
- EMR: MediTech

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology
- Fellowship trained in Breast Imaging
- Active KY license (must also obtain WV license for remote reads)
- BLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Diagnostic breast procedures and interpretations
- Workload: 10-12 procedures and 20 reads daily
- Support Staff: RN, APP, and clerical staff support
- Beds in Department: 200

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
