Job Details:
Locations: Primarily St. Francis Downtown, with coverage at St. Francis Eastside and Millennium Surgery Center
Schedule: 40 hours per week (full-time)
Duration: 3–6 months (must commit to full-time)
Practice setting: Hospital-based (2 hospitals, 2 ASCs)
Call: Rare — if needed, 1 weekend every 12 weeks
ORs: 26
Average pain management cases: 4/day (higher if GI cases included)
Patient population: Mostly adults; healthy pediatric ENT only

Procedures required:
General adult surgical cases
Ventilation management
Full range of cases except hearts and OB
Excluded procedures: No hearts, OB, regionals, or central line placement
EMR: Epic
Trauma level: N/A
Estimated credentialing: ~60 days
Facility reimburses mileage (IRS standard rate) and hotel

Requirements:
Certified CRNA (AANA)
Active South Carolina license (required)
CDS certification (required)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
Relevant training and clinical experience required
Must commit to 40 hrs/week for 3–6 months
Local providers highly preferred
Clean malpractice and credentialing history
