Why This Role?

• High-volume OB call need with emergency credentialing available


• Trauma Level 3 facility with NICU access


• Fully inpatient call coverage only

Duration: ASAP - Ongoing

Coverage Type: Call Only

Schedule: 24-hour beeper call coverage with 30-minute response

Clinical Details:

• Inpatient setting


• 10 OB/GYN beds


• 5 patients seen per shift


• 2 admissions per shift


• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN


• Active AK license


• BLS


• PALS


• Clean history

Skills Needed:

• Low and high-risk pregnancy care


• FHR interpretation and OB ultrasound (Level I & II)


• Vaginal, C-section, and complicated deliveries (breech, VBACs, multiples)


• Amniocentesis and OB emergency management


• GYN office procedures and full-spectrum surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic)
