**Requirements**:
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes
- Active state license: Yes (AK only)
- BLS
- PALS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**:
- Low and high-risk pregnancy management
- FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)
- OB ultrasound performance and interpretation (Level I and II)
- Amniocentesis
- Routine deliveries: vaginal, low forceps, C-section decision-making
- Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiples, abruptions, VBACs
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Office and minor GYN procedures: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
- Surgical gynecology
- Open procedures
- Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor (tubal ligation, LOA)
- Operative/major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy)
