**Schedule**: Variable weekday shifts (8 12 hrs), plus night and weekend coverage (rotating call schedule)

**Rate**
- Regular Hourly: $320/Hr
- OT: 1.5X (Hours over 12)
- Nightly Call/Shift - $200
- 24Hr Call/Shift - $2500
- Call Back - $270/Hr

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active California license - **Required to be presented**
- Willingness to cover night and weekend shifts
- CA DEA preferred (not required)

**Skills Needed:**
- Comfortable with a wide range of anesthesia cases including OB, neuro, ortho, trauma
- General, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Adult, pediatric, and trauma anesthesia
- Obstetrical, thoracic, neuro (head and spine), and complex vascular/orthopedic cases
- Pain management techniques
- Ventilation and volume/BP management
- Central and arterial line placement
- Post-op epidurals and extremity blocks
