**Start Date**: May/June 2025
**Schedule**: 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM; weekends included; no call required
**Duration**: Through August 2025
**Location**: Lakewood, CO

**Opportunity Highlights**:

- EMR: Epic (modules, EUPA, and PPL completion required one week prior to start)
- Supervisory model (Anesthesiologist supervises up to 4 CRNAs)
- Procedures: Epidurals, general anesthesia cases (ortho, neuro, spine, urology, general surgery, OBGYN)
- Orientation paid at half hourly rate (after 8 hours)
- Holiday pay at 1.5x regular rate
- Emergency temp privileges possible
- Travel from city must be indicated during submission

**Requirements:**
- NBCRNA Certified
- Active Colorado license (required for emergency temp privileges)
- ACLS & BLS (must be current)
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience, including epidurals
- Must be willing to cover a minimum of 6-8 shifts per month starting June 2025
- Must detail all available dates through June 2025 at time of submission
- Must acknowledge and complete EMR training requirements
- Clean malpractice and background preferred; NPDB report required for priority consideration
