**Orthopedic Physician Assistant - Richmond, VA**
**Start Date**: As soon as available
**Schedule**: Full-time coverage for maternity leave
**Duration**: Temporary
**Location**: Richmond, VA
**Opportunity Highlights**:
- Inpatient orthopedic setting
- Working autonomously; no supervising physician onsite
- EMR: Epic
- Patient demographic: Adults only
- Procedures: Line, drain, suture, and staple removals; dressing changes
- No call responsibilities
- Local candidates only (mileage reimbursed; no lodging or airfare)
**Requirements:**
- BLS certification
- Must be local
- Clean background highly preferred
- Experienced advanced practice clinician (PA) preferred
**Skills Needed:**
- Independent inpatient orthopedic care
- Post-operative procedures (line/drain/suture removal, dressing changes)
