Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Call Schedule: Rotating (Included in group schedule)

Actively seeking a board-certified Otolaryngologist for a full-time locum-to-permanent position. This role includes a mix of inpatient hospital responsibilities in Des Moines and clinic-based coverage in Clive. The incoming provider will join a well-established ENT practice offering comprehensive services, with excellent support staff and access to advanced diagnostics and imaging.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide full-spectrum ENT care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Participate in hospital call coverage (in Des Moines)
- Conduct outpatient ENT procedures and see a high volume of patients in clinic (in Clive)
- Collaborate with a 1:1 physician-nurse ratio and 1:1 ancillary staff support
- Perform procedures as OR time becomes available (OR scheduling is flexible and coordinated with hospital)
- Maintain productivity with an average of 30+ patients per day in clinic
- Support outreach to areas such as Boone County, Indianola, and Pleasant Hill
- Participate in teaching opportunities if desired

**Practice Environment**
- Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Exam Rooms per Provider: 2-3
- EMR: EPIC
- Medical Imaging, Lab, and Pharmacy: Available in the same building
- Appointment Length: 15 minutes
- Teaching Opportunities: Available

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Active Iowa License or IMLC
- Full-Time Availability
- Otolaryngology Experience
- Willingness to transition to a permanent role is preferred

**Additional Information**
- Call Schedule: To be included in the ENT group's rotation
- Weekend Coverage: As needed
- Patient Population: Central Iowa and surrounding outreach regions
