Overview:
A well-established academic health system in Central New York is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for its outpatient clinic in Dolgeville a close-knit rural community near the Adirondacks, with easy access to outdoor recreation and major travel routes.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only, Monday Friday (8 AM 5 PM)
No OB responsibilities
Supportive team of physicians and APCs
Generative AI scribes and in-basket coverage programs
EPIC EMR
First-call handled by NP/PA team
Compensation & Incentives:
Salary: $320,000 $374,000
Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
Residency stipend up to $45,000 (available 18 months prior to graduation)
Incentive plan with no earnings cap
Loan repayment options available
Qualifications:
MD, DO, or MBBS
Board Eligible or Certified
NYS license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA certification required
