• Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm
• 32 units per week productivity target with mix of SOC, evaluations and visits
• Home health setting providing adult care services
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase
• Documentation completion required within 24 hours
• Home health experience required
• Business casual or scrubs dress code
• Medical and religious vaccine exemptions considered

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $15.00 - $28.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
