Population Served: ~285,000 residents across 8 counties

Position Overview:
Join a provider-led, mission-driven health system seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist committed to patient-centered care. This is a full-time, hospital-employed role working with a collaborative team of 13 physicians and 4 APPs.

Role Details:
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (Tuesday Monday), 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Open ICU
Responsible for:
o Rounding and managing inpatients
o Admitting direct and ER admissions
o Discharging patients
o Responding to codes, rapid response, and stroke alerts
o Collaborating with daytime APPs for admissions and consults

Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Indiana medical license (or eligibility)
Must maintain BLS and ACLS certifications
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
