**Schedule/Coverage Need**:
- 8- or 10-hour day shifts
- On-call and weekend coverage once every 1 2 months
- Flexible rotating shift schedule

**Opportunity Highlights**:
- 180-bed facility with 11 ORs
- Average 35 surgical cases/day
- Case types: Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neuro, General, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Robotic, Colo-Rectal, Podiatry, Plastic
- Out-of-department coverage: Non-invasive cardiology, OB, Endoscopy, Radiology (CT, MRI)
- Documentation: Paper (Epic planned for June 2026)
- Trauma Level: 3
- Annual ER volume: ~80,000
- Supervision: 1 MDA to 4 CRNAs
- OR support: RN and scrub techs
- Admissions required: No
- Will facility accept multiple providers: Yes

**Requirements**:
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes (NBCRNA)
- Active state license: Yes (MI only)
- BLS
- ACLS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**:
- General surgical anesthesia (adult)
- OB anesthesia
- Neurosurgical cases
- Arterial line insertion
- IV insertions
- Floor intubations
- Pain management for out-of-department procedures
