**Coverage Type**: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
**Schedule/Coverage Need**: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 weekend call per month and intermittent weekday call rotation

**Requirements**:
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes
- Active state license: Yes (WI and IMLC)
- Clean history
