**Schedule/Coverage Need**:
- Full-day call coverage (Mon 8am - Fri 5pm) during the following weeks:
- Aug 11 - Aug 15
- Aug 25 - Aug 29
- Sept 8 - Sept 12
- Sept 22 - Sept 26
- Oct 6 - Oct 10
- Oct 20 - Oct 24
- Nov 3 - Nov 7
- Nov 24 - Nov 28
- Dec 22 - Dec 26
- Dec 29 - Jan 2
- 24-hour call coverage Monday 8am through Friday 5pm; final day is prorated

**Opportunity Highlights**:
- Inpatient electrophysiology consults and procedures
- 6 - 8 patients seen per shift, 5 - 10 admissions per week
- Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients
- Call type: Beeper, 1:4 ratio, 50% callback, 6 - 8 phone consults
- EMR: Epic
- Stroke certified hospital with 400 beds
- Support staff: 2 - 5 RNs, 1 - 2 MAs, 1 - 2 PA/NPs, 3 office staff
- Admissions required: Yes
- Will facility accept multiple providers: Yes

**Requirements**:
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes
- Active state license: Yes (IL or IMLC)
- ACLS
- ATLS
- BLS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**:
- Clinical cardiac electrophysiology care in inpatient setting
- Consultation and rounding coverage
- Ability to supervise advanced practice providers
