• Monday through Friday schedule with one weekend per month -- 40 guaranteed hours weekly
• Average of 30 patient visits per week in home health setting
• Home health setting with mix of initial evaluations and follow-up visits
• Minimum one year home health experience required
• Overtime available with prior approval
• Mix of start of care, recertification, and routine visits

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
