• Monday-Friday schedule with 10-hour shifts -- no weekend call
• 5-8 patient encounters per shift
• Combined inpatient and outpatient setting
• Support team includes 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 APP, and 3 office staff
• EMR: Epic
• Split between OR and clinic duties
• Temporary privileges may be available
• COVID and flu vaccines required for all staff
